In other CRM's like ROSSWARE, users are able to create follow up jobs and "callback" jobs that are directly linked to the original job (have the same job number). This ability is critical in order for us to gather information (First Time Fix Rates and Technician Efficiency). We should easily be able to see how many trips were required to complete any job... or see if any payment is due! We currently duplicate the original job if we have to make a return trip. However, this often causes confusion and other inefficiencies as a new job number is created.

just like other software systems like fieldpulse, service fusion maps should show all field techs on one map with pins with different colors.

We are not closed on all the holidays listed. I would like to be able to choose which holidays to show the business as closed.

the feature for smart scheduling this feature should be working for fast pace industries like appliance repair. where the system can provide next available schedule slot with closest technician. right now it will give you suggestions 1 week away when there are availabilities on the same day or following days

There should be calandar sync filtered by each tech, i want my schedule to sync to my personal calandar, not everyone at the company

View multiple technicians route on the map.

When using the time off feature it still allows you to schedule that technician on their booked days off. It should not allow you to book them at all, and even have it show it on the schedule - not the timeline - that they are not available that day/time!

When you are looking at the MONTH schedule view, it does not show any blocked off days. It is easier for me to look at the schedule on the month view, rather than clicking thru each day thru the timeline. The timeline is the only one that shows if a user (in our case a truck) is blocked off, or even for a holiday. It would be alot nicer to see each user blocked off on the month schedule screen.

Please allow us to select multiple jobs on the schedule page, for example, on the Timeline view, and then bulk add OR delete tags as needed. Or just add an "Add Tags" button up next to the "Add Time Off" button so that we can select what tags to add to the jobs we select.
