Would love if when creating a a new job the start time is automatically the start time of the business operating hours that is setup ie if the working hours in the settings is 9am - 4pm that every new job creation by default has 9am as the starting time

For example, I want to book a weekly recurring event for team training on Monday so nothing gets scheduled during that time. There are various other recurring events I've wanted to create in the past that I have to manually replicate each week/month.

It seems like this is a pretty popular topic, but we need more ability to modify job start dates/end dates. Specifically, we have multi-week projects at times (that do not include weekend dates) - we need to be able to adjust as needed instead of having to create a different "job" every week. I understand tasks may be a workaround from what I've read but I don't see how that will fully resolve the problem because the job will still show on the calendar for the entire two or three weeks (whatever time frame) and for planning purposes we need it to NOT show on the dates we will not have a crew there.

Having a live view only calendar so that a schedule can be displayed on office screens for the team to see on the fly. Having to be logged in under a specific user and then using an auto refresh tool to update the live schedule is such a hassle. This as well as dashboard features should be able to be displayed on screens for performance tracking and scheduling would be great without having to outsource to 3rd parties and then needing to be a coding expert to get it to function.

Any chance of adding Jump to date instead of clicking a day one by one?

Add the ability to schedule arrival times versus job duration. For example, I want to tell a customer that we will arrive between 8-10, but I want the job to be blocked out all day on the calendar so we don’t overbook. Currently, I have to mark the job for 8-10 (to align with the client reminder automation) but the job only blocks out 8-10 despite being an all day project. Because of this, the calendar looks like we have availability after 10 when we really don’t. This messes up the genius AI.

We would like the time window of our scheduled appointments to be mentioned when the text or email is sent out to the customer for appointment reminders instead of the actual time stamped on the schedul

you have day and week, but day is too big/short and week is too long/crunched. A 3 day view/board would be ideal.

Is it possible to set/change the schedule times in the drop down list on the job page when creating a job? We have several instances where someone mistakenly clicked on the late pm or very early a.m. hours and the job was lost & not on the Tech's schedule. We would like to have it NOT show from say 7pm through 6 am. Please

Allow Custom fields to be added to the Schedule Template. Use Case: When a Client has Multiple Properties, or apartment Buildings. We have created a Custom Field, Service Location Name. Which is the name we know the Client Properties by (Building 269, or Lakeview Location). The ability to add Custom Fields to the Schedule Template greatly expands functionality of the Schedule specific to Users needs.
