Feature Requests

For Branding. Its very important to have company Logo and Banner in Email for every client communication. I would like to have a Banner on top and bottom of every email. And have my company logo in the circle next to from email. Exactly like the email I have attached as example.

Could we add a feature in the portal that allows customers to pay a refundable booking fee when scheduling a service, other requiring their card details to be stored on file

Please, please, PLEASE give us the option to turn off online booking. If we send a quote, people are given the option to book online and WE DO NOT WANT THAT. We schedule everything manually for a reason.

Ability to view all online booking forms, and whether a job has been created.

We need more option for "Advance notice required" than 10 hours, but less than 24 hours. Better yet, why not let us specify an integer number of hours?

We need to be able to set a different number of available jobs per slots on each day. During the week we have 2 jobs per slot, but only one per slot on the weekend

No ability to book based on skills or individual technicians today. This is a big missing feature (table stakes in the world of bookings)

add buffer time to jobs that allow for drive time.

I want to require a credit card to book online, but I do NOT want to charge a deposit or payment upfront. I only want the card saved on file for no-shows, late cancellations, and future charges. Please enable card-on-file-only for online booking.

Genius Ai, Mike, is also able to create leads instead of jobs when he secures a booking. Online booking should have the same option to make a lead from a booking rather than just a job.
