Please change the booking tool
Instead of "Select a visit time" please change to editable or " Select a time" it makes it sound/look like we are showing up at their address for an appointment.

Show full Time slots
Please make time slots show as the entire time window instead of the just the start time of the time slot. For example “7am-9am” instead of just “7am”

It would be nice when a customer books online that the hours are not continuous.
For example, instead of what it is right now: 8-10,10-12, 12-2 etc, it could be 8-10, 9-11, 10-12, 11-1 etc.

Online booking give the option to auto create leads.
The online booking link gives you only the option to manually approve bookings as a job or a lead, or to automatically create a job. I am requesting a 3rd option to create a LEAD. Adding jobs automatically throws off my reporting since im unable to track the lead to job conversions.

Manual quantity entry on services on online services
On the list of services with the embedded online booking, there needs to be not just the plus and minus for quantity, adding and subtracting but also with the number lies it should be editable for larger quantities. Our service price is by square foot. For example, artificial grass homeowners have hundreds and sometimes thousands of square feet of turf. The way we track and calculate how many square feet per year we need to be able to quote this way through Fischer reporting and tracking. Can you please make the number area editable

ability to see schedule on app when booking new client
I'm booking from out in the field on an ipad, but I cant see the schedule to know whats open while booking new client in the app. I have to run the desktop version in the back ground and swap between the two.

Job per slot + job type changes
WHen using Workiz' online booking tool, you can only use different job type options if you use tech availability. This put us between a Rock and a hard place. If we use the availability by tech option... we can use different job type options... but we have 2 techs per truck so the availability is completely wrong when shown to the customer. Our other option is to use availability by job slots, but this makes it so that we can't change job types. Job types are crucial for us because they help determine if we are setting up: an estimate vs job & if how much time needs to be alloted.

Auto reply to texts after hours.
After business hours, we need an option to set an auto custom reply to incoming text messaging. Similar to how we have the ability to send a text after a missed call. This has been requested many times.
