We have more than 10 people on dispatch in total, but they are not all working at the same time. However, I am not able to add more than 10 users to a call group (even if only 4-5 are actually active at any time). While I understand your provider Twilio has a 10-device limit for calls, I am looking to be able to add more users on the group, and it only routes to up to 10 ACTIVE users (as in users who are actually logged-in and taking calls), rather than just 10 users total, even though only 2 might actually be active/logged-in! Our call center is growing fast and we need this desperately and urgently!
