Workiz users are being charged for messages we didn’t send, didn’t approve, and can’t control. Voicemails auto-convert to texts and count against our usage. Payment notifications arrive as texts with no way to disable them. Long texts are split into multiple segments—each billed separately. Spam texts from random numbers flood our inboxes, and blocking them one-by-one doesn’t work. These issues aren’t just annoying they cost real money and create confusion for our teams and customers. We need: -Toggle switches for system-generated messages (voicemail-to-text, payment alerts, etc.) Message length visibility or auto-truncation to avoid multi-message charges Spam filtering tools or opt-in screening to reduce junk traffic If you're surprised by your message count or paying on-demand charges for texts you didn’t send, this affects you too.
