Let us BLOCK or DELETE contacts! Some lead-generation vendors are texting me every day. I reply “STOP,” they confirm I’m unsubscribed, I archive the thread, and the next day the same number starts again. I keep sending STOP over and over, and they just continue. I even tried calling the number and, of course, I get a recording saying, “No one is available to take your call, goodbye,” so I can’t even reach a human to request removal from their call/text lists. (I’ve attached a screenshot of this behavior below.) We need clear, permanent controls, such as: A true block number feature for calls and texts, preventing any future contact from that number. The ability to permanently delete or mute specific conversations so they never reappear when they message again. Enforcement of “STOP” replies so that once we opt out, Workiz will not allow further texts from that sender to our line. This is wasting time, cluttering inboxes, and forcing businesses to deal with spam we never agreed to receive.
