The API data is way too limited. Client data, payment data etc. the reporting is so off in this software, at least give us a workaround to be able to pull our own

The current API is very limited when using automation processes through the API. Please expand API access or allow bots to login directly.

This would allow someone to pull newly created jobs every 15 minutes and send them to another system if needed.

Could you please add more details to the API requests? I would like to see information on payments, photos in the order, estimates and invoices there, please add this data to API requests for job

This is a basic API functionality that should be built into any system. Please build this out asap.

Please improve your API, add API for Calls and Clients so that we can better optimize calls and client creation, we need it badly

Allow for more options to integrate with other softwares. Data is very limited currently with the API and integrations. Where Workiz lacks with reporting and configuring would allow us to actually still pull certain data and get reporting done on other softwares. Current automations are weak on Workiz and would allow us to function until the company can implement the updates needed

We need to be able to push pics and videos through the API V2

I have to use a custom software to track booking rate and follow ups because Workiz phone system isn't good enough, so at minimum if I could input Workiz phone data into my software it would save a lot of time for something we currently do manually.

Inside Job/Lead, or a separate request such as /job/all/. We use the /job/all/ method to generate a report on the workload of technicians on a specific date, but since Tasks are not included in Job, the report is incomplete.
