I need automations to offer a reoccurring schedule! Example: if a job is in a pending status, send admin and tech a reminder every 2 days. Example: If an invoice is past due, send client an email every week. AND send admin a reminder every week to follow up with client. Right now, we can only set a single timestamp per automation (1 day after, 1 week after, 2 weeks after, etc.) Each of those counts as a separate automation, and when you multiply that across a dozen job or invoice statuses and reminders for client and team, a limit of only 30 adds up quickly. Furthermore, what happens after the final automation runs? The job essentially disappears unless someone manually reviews the job reports and follows up themselves. Recurring automations would help ensure jobs and overdue invoices continue to stay visible and actionable until their status is actually resolved. It would be much more efficient if we could create a recurring automation per workflow instead of needing multiple one-time automations.
