I want to be able to have tasks with certain tags send reminds to techs/customers - I don't want every task to trigger the same automation.

Please add a customizable pipeline / workflow board for managing jobs from lead to completion. Similar to Kanban-style sales funnel, users should be able to drag and drop jobs between custom stages such as New Lead, Estimate Sent, Approved, Install Scheduled, Installed, Permit, Inspection, Payment Pending, and Closed. Each job card should show the customer, city, job owner, technician/installer team, install date, permit status, inspection status, and payment status. The board should also support filters, reminders, automations, and reporting by stage and owner. This would be very useful for HVAC and other project-based companies that need to track many installation jobs, permits, inspections, payments, and follow-ups in one place instead of using separate spreadsheets or external CRM tools.

When jobs are created within a project automations are not triggered. Can this be fixed?

I had texts set up to go to a client immediately if I missed a call from them. It even sends it on the weekend though when we are closed!

It would be nice to organize the automations by similarity (dragging and dropping them below/above similar automations). It would also be nice to have a "group" system for Automations, basically customizable categories that some automations would fall under (i.e. Follow-up emails, internal automations, service plan automations, etc.)

We should be able to drag & drop automations to better organize them plz

Personal experience- I tried to set up an automation so that every time there’s a new dispute in one of our accounts, I’d get a notification by email. But when I tried to select myself from the dropdown menu in the automation form, I couldn’t find my user name in the list. It turns out that I have access to the account, but somehow I’m not actually a user in the account. Very weird, especially considering that someone who isn’t technically a user can still access such sensitive information ( or someone who is a user but can't be found in the automation list) So, in order to add myself to the automation, I had to add myself again as a new user. But for some other “mysterious” reason, I couldn’t add my email because it was already registered under another sub-account. Long story short if you have 10 branches, make sure every one of your employees has 10 different email addresses. It’s crazy, but apparently that’s how it works now.

Loading the Schedule page takes a significant amount of time, and scrolling to find the required technician is also time-consuming. In its default state, a dispatcher sees all technicians on the Schedule page. The only way to limit a dispatcher's visibility is through role settings, under the Advanced tab. However, the problem is that we have many technicians — many are added, many leave — and manually updating all dispatcher roles each time is extra work that requires a dedicated person to perform and oversee. It would be ideal to have the ability to dynamically update role access when a new user is created and/or when a specific role is assigned to a user. For example, when a user is created and immediately assigned the Tech role, an option should appear to select which roles will have access to this user. Alternatively, in the user profile card, similar to the way Service areas are added, there could be a selection of roles that have access to this user.

Currently the source field in automation "Only if..." conditions only supports = is / ≠ is not against a single exact value. Adding a "contains" operator would let us match a group of related sources with one rule, and automatically include any new sources added later that match the pattern — without manually editing the rule each time.
