Please enable some notification options for document attachments. Once we book a job, we attach a "Work Authorization Agreement" (WAA) to the Lead. I would like the sales team to be notified that the WAA was sent to the client. I would also like them to get notified when the client signs it.
We have a workaround for the signature side, just not the sending.
FYI - for our case, communication happens within Zoom (phone, chat etc). But if you can make email work, we can build our own workarounds.
