Feature Requests

We would like an AI feature integrated into the Estimates and Items text fields that helps technicians quickly turn simple or technical notes into professional, clear, and more persuasive descriptions. Example: Tech writes: “replace gasket fridge door leaking air” AI converts to a clean, customer-friendly explanation that highlights the issue and value of repair. Key benefits: Saves time for technicians Makes estimates look more professional Improves customer understanding Increases approval rates Optional: allow different tones (professional / simplified / sales-focused) with one click. This would greatly improve efficiency and consistency across the team.

please give us the ability to change the order of the items on the pricebook

’ve been meaning to reach out regarding the price book you onboarded for me. I noticed that some category items are out of order; specifically, the line items currently start at 2 or 4 hours instead of following the intended half-hour increments from 0.5 to 14. Could you please reorder these items? Additionally, I need to update the pricing for all items. The values I initially provided were lower than the required rates. Since these figures originated from a spreadsheet where values are linked, a single update should ideally adjust all items to the correct amounts. Please let me know if it is possible to apply these price changes across the board. To my knowledge, the items appear in the order they were created or last updated. Outside of that, the only thing I can do is see if our support team knows of a method to place the items in alphabetical order. I start a ticket and will let you know as soon as I do.

We should be able to organize the layout of the price book, selecting specific categories to show at the top. We would want the categories we use the most to be the first ones that are seen, or be able to manually move them to the top of the list.

We have all sort of customers, some recurring some with different billing rates. it will be great if we can implement a certain type of discount/price for each tier automatically... that can probably be done trough the custom field...

It would save time/clicks if the user could have the option to key in the category name they want instead of having to use the "browse" button and then key in the category name, then select the category. Sarah Jo

We desperately need to lock down the ability for a sales rep to edit the pricebook. Sales reps need to be able to see the pricebook and select items, edit in the estimate, but not edit the pricebook itself. Please Help!!!

When billing hour job items you cannot bill for just 1/2 hour it says invalid number when you put it 0.5, but you can bill for 1.5 hours. Sometimes we want to charge the customer a minimum charge for 0.5 hour.

it would be nice to have an option when adding a item to invoices/estimates that can allow us to either add or not add the item to the price book. When doing big customized projects it takes too long to add each item. If we could have an option to NOT add an item to the price book that would be great so instead of having to itemize everything, we can list full scope of work on a single item without adding it to the price book as it is custom to the project and wont ever be used again.
