The price book should have an option to paste an image from the clipboard upon creating a new entry

We need to be able to delete items in the price-book. They get so messy and ugly for the ones we no longer use!

Users should be able to control what will be the order of appearance for categories/items in the visual catalog

Have lines be more compact so additional rows can be seen without scrolling. Have an option to jump to specific page in pricing book. Have option to search in group description.

There should be a library where we can add Product pictures, PDF Product brochures and PDF product technical information. Then, in Price Book, we could assign these attachments to automatically pull when those products are quoted. This would be awesome!

I can't police my whole company for nuances of the software. One of which is employees adding copious amounts of line items in our price book b/c they don't understand they're creating a new item instead of selecting the item they started typing to find. Please have a pop up catch that asks if we want to make a new item. Or an obvious box to check if someone is going to make a new item, that way they have one extra step to create a new price book item. It's crazy how many line items I have for the same service or product with tiny iterations that make them different for whatever job the tech was on and labeled it in the moment.

bring back the Price Book upload from excel. I want to be able to upload my prices myself as I did before

We should have the date the price was entered so we know if that price is accurate. We should have the ability to have items and products for different vendors with different pricing with the program designed to default to the cheapest price.

We have all sort of customers, some recurring some with different billing rates. it will be great if we can implement a certain type of discount/price for each tier automatically... that can probably be done trough the custom field...

We’d like to request two improvements related to the Price Book: Full Mobile Access to Price Book: Right now, the Price Book is only accessible through estimates or job items on the mobile app. We’d like to have full access to it directly from the app (on smartphones and iPads) so our field team can easily navigate and view updated pricing — especially with frequent changes in refrigerant types and new equipment availability. This would improve efficiency in the field and make the app much more user-friendly. Customizable Price Book Structure: We’d also like the ability to adjust how the Price Book is organized — including rearranging categories, items, brands, equipment, refrigerant types, etc. — to match our internal structure and business needs. We're happy to share how we’d like it set up, but we understand that different companies may want different layouts. So ideally, this would be a flexible feature we can manage ourselves.
