Allow us to actually do bulk importing of pricebook and layout. The way it’s set up is so inconvenient and time consuming. Either give the ability to mass import everything at once or redesign the pricebook so it looks as it does when actually going into pricebook on a sales call. I should be able to go into whatever category and add as many items as i want while in there so it organized. I’m certain this is what you do on the backend with mass import. Give us the same ability

Hi Workiz Product Team, First, I want to thank you for all the improvements you've made to Workiz. We use the Price Book every day, and it's become a core part of our estimating process. I have a feature request that I believe would greatly improve usability for many contractors. Feature Request: Drag-and-Drop Item Organization in Item Groups When editing an Item Group (Job List), it would be extremely helpful if users could simply drag and drop line items to reorder them. Currently, the only way to change the order is to remove items and add them back in the desired sequence, which becomes very time-consuming for larger Item Groups. Many of our Job Lists contain 30–50+ items, and the order is very important because it reflects the installation process that our estimators follow. For example: Demo & Removal Subfloor Repairs Floor Preparation Installation Trim Installation Cleanup Warranty Customer Protection Being able to reorder these items with drag-and-drop would save a tremendous amount of time and help us maintain a consistent estimating process across our entire team. Additional Ideas If possible, it would also be great to include: A drag handle (☰) beside each line item. Auto-save after reordering. The ability to move multiple selected items together. Optional alphabetical sorting. The ability to collapse or expand categories inside larger Item Groups. Why This Matters This feature would: Save time when creating and maintaining Job Lists. Make estimates easier to read for customers. Improve consistency between sales representatives. Eliminate the need to delete and recreate items just to change their order. I believe this would be a valuable enhancement for many Workiz users who rely heavily on the Price Book. Thank you for considering this request. My Pricebook has no structure, once I create the category, task, or group it just lives where it lives. I want the ability to organize and move where I feel fit, and create a uniform structure for ease of search.

Please update price book to be able to order items or categories in a specific way. This will help with our technicians and make it easier on them finding things.

We need to be able to turn certain Pricebook items off for the Service Plan/Member Discounts

Hello. We just had a 5% increase on our items and it would be really nice if the items within an item group automatically update when we change the cost/price of our item. We now have to go into each and every item group and redo them because they do not automatically update

Can you add the option to bulk delete items in the price book? Since we can't create one-time items, it would be nice to be able to delete a batch of items that were created that we won't be using regularly

We should have the ability to adjust the listing order within the Technicians item book. Currently, it seems to set the 'add item' book order based on when the item was made an active item. This is inconvenient as any new items are added to the end of the list. While we are allow to type in the item name, if a tech doesn't know the name, they may be unable to find the item.
