In the app, you can only access the first 10 templates are that are templated messages. We have templates for our field staff that they can't access. Why are they not able to access everything from the app that we can get to on a desktop?

allow mobile app to mark message unread swipe left or right with additional options similar to imessage. examples. Set reminder to come back to message. Forward to tech or office person, be able to pin at top of message channel

I want to assign one agent for the weekdays, different one for the weekend, and when office doesn't work, go to voicemail or myself, just do a 3 way call flow, seems to be simple enough, i don't want to assign it to different number

Ability to open price book in mobile app. Add price book to sidebar menu. Often times we need to look up a price on the fly on the mobile instead of having to create a lead/job/estimate just to see a price.

In the mobile app, our technicians are not able to edit or add notes to their timesheet. This would an extremely valuable feature for our company and save a lot of extra work communicating separately via email, text, phone calls, and in-person updates for the uniquenesses from each technician, details of their work, or why there's corrections for their timesheets. For our techs to add notes and make corrections in real time via the app, vs. needing to go in via the web, would help streamline our timesheets and produce a major step in efficiency.

The ability to set the time period 'smart callback' is active. We're finding 24 hours is too long, ideally we would like to set it to run for around 6 hours so techs are not getting calls from customers the next day or after their shift ends and the calls can route back to the office instead.

It would be nice to have a home button always available at the bottom on the mobile app so you don't have to keep clicking backwards through 5 screens to get back to the home page

It is very difficult to look at jobs especially as a service manager of all technicians when they are the same color. Please allow this feature on mobile. App

We can see the individual tech schedule colors on desktop but not in the phone or iPad app
