Need a section for damage waiver forms or declined work that can cause problems to person or property. These need to be signable with or with out a job actually being done.

Ability to Add Additional Contacts on Mobile
When adding a new Business client, we need the ability to add the person of contact under Additional Contacts instead of using the First/Last Name fields. If the person already exists as a private client, it doesn't sync with QuickBooks as they already exist. And that person isn't necessarily the owner of the company either.

Ability to Open Price Book on Mobile
Ability to open price book in mobile app. Add price book to sidebar menu. Often times we need to look up a price on the fly on the mobile instead of having to create a lead/job/estimate just to see a price.

Multiple mobile devices
We would like to be able to sign in on multiple mobile devices at the same time. It is very frustrating to be kicked out on our iPad when we sign in on our iPhone.

Templates available on app in messages
In the app, you can only access the first 10 templates are that are templated messages. We have templates for our field staff that they can't access. Why are they not able to access everything from the app that we can get to on a desktop?

allow mobile app to mark message unread swipe left or right with additional options similar to imessage. examples. Set reminder to come back to message. Forward to tech or office person, be able to pin at top of message channel

call flow options
I want to assign one agent for the weekdays, different one for the weekend, and when office doesn't work, go to voicemail or myself, just do a 3 way call flow, seems to be simple enough, i don't want to assign it to different number
