Our technicians cannot see the full team assigned to a job they are on when they look at a job on their mobile device. As an admin I can click on the Team for a job and it will pull up a checklist for me to add or subtract users from the job. At the technician level, we cannot allow them access to change their own or other’s job assignments. That is a massive liability and something Workiz should be aware of from the get-go. If one tech were to take another off a job and replace himself or herself on that job to get more hours, it would mess with so many parameters of our company, and be illegal at some level. But allowing techs to see who else is assigned to a job would be very helpful as they figure out carpooling or other logistical aspects week in and week out. We have created our own user level, called, "Tech 2 Project Manager", and we unlocked permissions for them to make changes as needed for a job, or to create a new job, on the fly. The base-level technician permissions should be editable for each company so we can tailor-make our settings to work best for our company's needs.
