Feature Requests

Please add a feature that allows customers to fill out and sign custom documents directly from their mobile devices. This would greatly streamline our workflow, as it would enable us to send forms—such as color confirmations or service agreements—to customers via text or email, allowing them to input information, provide a digital signature, and submit the completed document back to us instantly while on the go.

I would like to submit a feature request for the mobile app, Tech Scorecard. It would be extremely valuable to have a technician-specific scorecard that allows each technician to view their own performance metrics directly within the app. This scorecard could include key data points such as: * Pending estimates * Monthly sales * Estimate closure rate * Uncollected invoices * Total revenue (monthly and yearly) A critical component of this feature would be privacy and role-based visibility. Each technician should only be able to view their own individual metrics, not those of other team members. Additionally, it would be highly beneficial to include a goal-tracking component. The company should be able to set monthly (and potentially yearly) sales goals for each technician, allowing them to track their progress and see how close they are to achieving their targets in real time. This feature would help improve accountability, motivation, and overall performance, while keeping data visibility appropriately limited based on user roles. We can see the individual tech schedule colors on desktop but not in the phone or iPad app

It would be helpful for my techs to be able to add/pin/ view all client files (ie photos) on the client's profile page on the mobile app without having to go into each job, estimate or invoice.

We really need a better way to see open active jobs within the app. It really needs to look more like the desktop version where you can see the active jobs easier. The Jobs that are "done pending" should not be in the same list as the ones that are submitted, in progress, or pending. And we should not have to look through the scheduled months to find jobs that are still open that we may have started but not finished yet.

Have a map view on the mobile app for techs to see their calls and be able to route efficiently. Also have a map view when dispatchers are scheduling calls, so they can see each day and each tech what calls and where the calls are to see visually where to schedule it

I need the option to require my techs to complete certain information before they clock out of a job. (Like a simple form that pops up when they clock out) The job isn't always complete, but I need to know what they did, what materials they used, etc. I have fields for that but they aren't convenient. Currently they leave a note when they clock out but they sometimes forget or are lacking needed info.

My job foreman is an admin on the account but because he often works from his truck, isn't always around a computer . Many of the desktop admin features aren't available on the app. I was told that the app was primarily for techs, which is understandable. But in the service industry, admins are often working from phones and tablets just as much as the techs.

It would be super helpful if calls were either linked to the client where ALL interaction was available on the clients page or else be able to search the call logs on mobile (p.s. I know you can on browser) to find a specific call from a specific person.

The mobile app should be able to auto rotate for landscape mode. There should also be an option to adjust the font size.
