The field called "Job Source" in the front-end UI (leads and jobs) is managed as "Ad Groups" in the settings. Please implement consistent naming systemwide!

Sub-Contractor Management: A single place where project managers can add each subcontractor, give them work orders, and see—at a glance—how much has been agreed, what has been invoiced, what has been paid, and what is still owed. Subcontractors log in to view only their own tasks and upload invoices or photos of finished work. Sensitive homeowner details stay hidden unless the user has special “Client Access.” Accounting can sync payments with QuickBooks/Xero, and the system sends automatic alerts for things like expiring insurance or overdue tasks, so everyone stays on track.

We currently have to download each individual photo... I would like to be able to download my photos in bulk (by date would be nice if possible)

There is no way to clear out a custom date field once a date has been entered. A user should be able to remove a date entirely if it is accidentally filled in, or is no longer applicable. This creates constant confusion and frustration for various processes we have.

We should be able to edit the order, color, & words of both client & job tags

The emails that are being sent from Workiz, are being sent from "Notifications.msg.workiz" and not from the business email or from the account workiz email. This might be unprofessional to the clients POV or confussing.

Make it so we can download credit card receipts directly from the platform like you can download an invoice. Give us the option rather than having us have to go in and change the email to then email it to ourselves.

Workiz always loads 10 items by default in a search, why can't we change the default to 50 or 100?

Can you guys implement a way of seeing a list of task assigment to a specific member.

Hello, I’m finding it difficult to write long messages in the current text input field due to its small size. Would it be possible to make it larger or allow it to expand dynamically? This would greatly improve usability for longer responses. Thank you for your assistance!
