I used to work with Housecall Pro, and they had it set so that anytime an address would be attached to the job, it would automatically pull up a preview of the front of the property. Gives techs an idea of what they are going to work on.

Checklists are a great addition and awesome work - I'm glad to see them rolling out. I would like to make a suggestion for checklists. As I think it's still in Beta, it may help. The ability to make a checklist is required before closing a job. The ability to send or attach a checklist to an invoice or directly to the client. Downloading the pdf and sending it is nice, but could be better. I like to pass/fail/flag option, but would like to add a note if an item is flagged or fails, add context/explain why it is flagged or failed.

Description and notes should allow formatting line enter and empty rows and not amalgamate every thing into one paragraph

Can you make it to where when someone adds notes under the job details it shows what exactly was put in there on the history of the job and then when someone goes in and changes the job details it shows what they changed it to?

This would be super helpful for the customers who have multiple addresses or units that need separate job numbers - but want one invoice. With the click of a button you could sync all the jobs into one invoice.

Need a pop-up or alert to let us know when a second person is editing/adding to a job at the same time as someone else, i.e.-adding notes, updating info, etc. At times, two employees are adding notes to the same job at the same time & info either doesn't save for one or the other or we get duplicate info entered.

Add a check mark where we can select no to pay commission on some items like, permit fees, credit card fee, etc.

We have a field validation option for jobs created. Requiring certain items of our choice for a job being created, but can we get one for leads? Also field validation for jobs only works when directly creating a new job - when converting a lead to a job, it does not work.

Two small suggestions that would make this even more effective: -It would be extremely helpful if the checklist could include signature fields for both the customer and the technician and also be formatted in a way that’s email‑friendly for sending directly to the customer. -We also need the ability to duplicate the checklist within the same job. For example, we’re currently on a site with a customer who has 10 systems, but we can only generate a report for one unit. That limitation defeats the purpose of the tool. If we could duplicate or continuously add additional checklists under the same job, it would save significant time and make the feature far more practical.

To be able to have more than 1 invoice per job. When a contractor has a homeowner who has a home warranty sometimes they have to pay a trade call fee and then the home warranty pays the balance but most don't want you to show the customer what they are covering cost wise so it would be very helpful to be able to do more than 1 invoice per job.
