Job page used to be "Job #99999 - Client Name" Client Name was moved below. Not a good change. Much better the way it was.

Don't understand the reasoning behind moving the customer's name down into the Details tab in the work order. It was much more useful back up top next to the Job#. Can anyone explain the reason for this change? Workiz, can you PLEASE change it back???

Canceled jobs should stay on the schedule and show similar to done jobs like in a different color

Pleas put more time and improve TASKS feature. change Date as a require to optional add customize status add sub status add Priority add Task page to manager all Tasks on mobile add Due date optional for each task have the option to add task linked to a job or lead and also without link to any job or lead. we'll start to manage our tasks company in Workiz instead other softwares. change TASKS tool from just a tool to amazing tool

Need more clock in options. IE: SHOP TIME, CLOCK OUT FOR LUNCH

Although this feature is great it needs a couple of things. Be more than 20 characters long - at least 30 would work better Allow this name to be added to custom documents Add this field to Estimates/Leads as well

Can you create additional segments for jobs? When we have to send technicians back to the job site with repairs. The techs are being confused by the task.

The task function should have a drop down option for address. 1. for client address. 2. for job location address. or 3. Other. if its neither of the first 2. Most tasks are one or 2 but should not be only the job addres.

Mandatory Checklist on Job Open and Arrival When a technician opens a job and arrives at the customer location, the job should automatically display and pre-populate the required checklist. Setting to trigger The checklist must be completed before the technician is allowed to close the ticket. When the technician opens the job, the checklist is automatically triggered. when arrival at job trigger is initiated the app should trigger checklist. The technician can view and complete the checklist within the job screen. The Close Ticket action remains disabled until all mandatory checklist items are completed. If any required checklist item is incomplete, the app shows a validation message and prevents ticket closure.

The new feature "custom job names" is extremely helpful. The only problem with the new feature is that when you click on another option within the job, i.e: attachments or tasks, etc, the customer name no longer shows up on the page. This is not good! Anyway to have this feature updated to show the Customer name as well on each option within the job?
