Feature Requests

It would be VERY helpful to be able to give jobs a name. Often I have techs do multiple jobs at a clients on the same day. If I could add a name that would appear on the mobile app it would be a huge help. Currently, the tech sees "Job #123". If they could see that and then "Replace Water Heater" as an example that would be so useful. I am confident this would be a very welcome addition for a lot of your clients

Please create option to discout items, not only whole invoice / estimate.

Please can we have a route planning feature for each day? It could be on a map and overlap with the current scheduled jobs for the day. Would be an amazing feature

Creates a template that allows to show specific work items needed for each project.

Tech need to be able to see the full job and client history, along with the ability to text client on assigned jobs. Right now, to do this, you have to all techs to see all jobs by other users (good) but to message, then they see all the messages from all users too (bad). So so messy, there has to be a better solution. Please, look at this as the end user.

Not sure why there are not fields for PO, Job Completion Notes, WO Requestor, etc I had to create these custom forms because a WO should have close notes on it and you only offered "notes" which does nothing for my clients. You need to expand the maximum characters allowed in the Text Fields, my closure notes are having to be abbreviated and its causing issues. There should be a limit ie: 2500 characters instead of the 200 or whatever we are getting.

This would make things easier on our systems and from talking to other users... would do the same for them

Currently, job type order is determined by a number - each entry must be edited to adjust the number. Ideally, this is a drag/drop to adjust the order instead of manually editing each type.
