there's been few times my team creates job under wrong customer as some of them are similar .To fix all notes/pics have to be downloaded and added to a new job. How cool would it be if you just hover over customer and it gave you option to change.

I love the timeline timestamps in the mobile app as it clearly shows the user activity and full date and time when it was done such as arrival/departure times and when a job or note was updated. However, the desktop version only shows a very broad timestamp of "a few seconds ago", or "five days ago". I think it will be more useful to have the same level of detail as the app.

We should be able to make refunds from the mobile app. Currently you have to be on a browser or computer to do it.

We often have more than one tech assigned to a job. It would be nice to see what tech confirmed when you open that job. As of right now you can see on List of Jobs screen, but when you open the job there is nowhere to see who confirmed.

On the job total details, there should be a margin % section that tells you the current % profit of the job. This should include all labor and item costs

It would be very helpful with the new payment part of Workiz if we could print the receipt. I have to email myself a copy in order to get a printable version and that isn't efficient. If there was an option to print the payment details just like you can an invoice or estimate that would be helpful

Right now the characters are limited to 20 for a job title. Need +10 at least to thoroughly title jobs in our field.

Pleas put more time and improve TASKS feature. change Date as a require to optional add customize status add sub status add Priority add Task page to manager all Tasks on mobile add Due date optional for each task have the option to add task linked to a job or lead and also without link to any job or lead. we'll start to manage our tasks company in Workiz instead other softwares. change TASKS tool from just a tool to amazing tool

If I delete ones we don't want to use anymore, it deletes it from the jobs that have already passed and that have been marked done. Can we get an archive button?

As many of our clients are spouses and/or partners with different first and last names, it would be great to be able to list at least 2 names, 2 phone numbers, 2 emails in Jobs. Since the additional contact info from the client page does not carry over to jobs or estimates, it's not very helpful.
