Mandatory Checklist on Job Open and Arrival When a technician opens a job and arrives at the customer location, the job should automatically display and pre-populate the required checklist. Setting to trigger The checklist must be completed before the technician is allowed to close the ticket. When the technician opens the job, the checklist is automatically triggered. when arrival at job trigger is initiated the app should trigger checklist. The technician can view and complete the checklist within the job screen. The Close Ticket action remains disabled until all mandatory checklist items are completed. If any required checklist item is incomplete, the app shows a validation message and prevents ticket closure.
