Checklist Improvement

Two small suggestions that would make this even more effective:
-It would be extremely helpful if the checklist could include signature fields for both the customer and the technician and also be formatted in a way that’s email‑friendly for sending directly to the customer.
-We also need the ability to duplicate the checklist within the same job. For example, we’re currently on a site with a customer who has 10 systems, but we can only generate a report for one unit. That limitation defeats the purpose of the tool. If we could duplicate or continuously add additional checklists under the same job, it would save significant time and make the feature far more practical.
