Add the ability to set a Parent Client on the setup screen when creating a new client. The fact that you have to go back and edit the Client Info page to assign a Parent after setup is a bit tedious and ends up getting forgotten.

Sometimes a client will get added when making a new call when they are already in the system. There should be a way of merging them into one even when they have associated "jobs" in the system. Our data base is getting out of hand.

When entering a new lead or a new client we should have the option to add a parent company and set net 30 etc right there. As of right now we have to enter everything and then go back and edit the client information in order to do this. this makes so many unnecessary steps to set parent companies and bill instead of having the option when inputting the information from the beginning. Please fix this.

Hi, I have created custom fields for my clients with important information to each job. However I can not search these fields. For example, if I need to find my offices that use the program Dentrix, (which I created an office software dropdown) I can not search for it. It would be helpfull to make this info something I can search for. Thank you, Valerie

When an existing client calls in it doesn't automatically link to their client page. It would be greatly helpful if that could happen going forward so that we can review the calls from the lead page instead of having to go search for them.

would like to suggest adding an area to put a gate code with the address of a client that would follow like the address and contact information do, when we set an appointment. The system does not currently do that we are working off a custom field but that field does stay with customer during each appointment that is set

It would be incredibly helpful to edit the fields of info collected for our clients. For example, we have "Primary Phone" and "Secondary Phone" - I'd love the ability to adjust the verbiage of these fields on the admin side to something like - "Cell Phone," "Office Phone," "Reception Phone," etc. Same goes for email addresses. Thank you!

We have a lot of Property Managers and Private owners that use our services, we would love to be able to mark that a certain property in the addresses area of the client profile is tenant occupied, and be able to add that tenant's contact information to that address only. So, when we need to schedule with the tenant, we can do so with ease.

Creating an option that allows us to make payment for deposit per client request with out signature and client can sign later etc....
