Sometimes one person calling (husband, for example), but he is telling us that another person will be at home for the appointment (his wife). So I put husband’s number as a main number and as additional number I put his wife’s number. Our technician and dispatcher see a call button only for first number! They can’t see and call to the second number for this client. Also when a client call us using his second phone number, it doesn’t show his name in a calllog and messages. I think it can be also done this way. We can have an ability to add few clients for this job and address

customer field need the ability to lint between client and job. eliminates double entry. maybe not all or have ability to choose which.

We regularly deal with customers that have 10+ jobs. The Quick View option at the Customer Dashboard level is absolutely useless. I need to open the job(s), not add 3-5 more clicks PLUS having to go back and forth to the customer dashboard to do the same thing for the NEXT job. Until this update, you could middle-click and open 10 jobs in seconds. This is unnecessary, adds significant time, and makes using the platform less useful. Second point: EVERY single time I'm needing to open multiple jobs on a single customer dashboard, the Quick View fails. Won't click, won't load, won't open. So, in an already frustrating waste of effort to get information that was previously readily accessible, now I have to re-fresh the customer dashboard just to get the new "feature" to work. Not a FR, this is a roll-back request. Zero value add, no benefit, this should be reverted.

Would love a space to put a customers spouse/partners name on the client card when booking leads and jobs so they are easier seen without having to click into additional contacts

to separate the tech chat from the client chat

Need an option to add an additional email - would like to be able to have a communication for the person at our commercial client who handles the job, but be able to save and CC their accounting dept on invoices without having to manually note this process and remember to do it. The client wants accounting CC'd but there is no way to do and store this without it being a cumbersome manual process.

Options like spouse, tenet, prop management, owner, on site contact

We have a client that closed their doors so we would like to be able to mark a client as inactive yet still be able to see the information and jobs associated with that client.
