Option for Multiple Email Address

Need an option to add an additional email - would like to be able to have a communication for the person at our commercial client who handles the job, but be able to save and CC their accounting dept on invoices without having to manually note this process and remember to do it. The client wants accounting CC'd but there is no way to do and store this without it being a cumbersome manual process.

Thank you for reacing out.
You can already achieve this today by using 'Billing Contacts'.
When adding/editing a contact (in the Client page), you can mark them as a Billing Contact, which will automatically CC them on all invoice-related communications. This allows you to keep a separate contact for the person managing the job, while ensuring the accounting contact is consistently included on invoices, without needing a manual extra steps each time.
