Sometimes one person calling (husband, for example), but he is telling us that another person will be at home for the appointment (his wife). So I put husband’s number as a main number and as additional number I put his wife’s number. Our technician and dispatcher see a call button only for first number! They can’t see and call to the second number for this client.
Also when a client call us using his second phone number, it doesn’t show his name in a calllog and messages.
I think it can be also done this way. We can have an ability to add few clients for this job and address
