Client’s second number

Sometimes one person calling (husband, for example), but he is telling us that another person will be at home for the appointment (his wife). So I put husband’s number as a main number and as additional number I put his wife’s number. Our technician and dispatcher see a call button only for first number! They can’t see and call to the second number for this client.
Also when a client call us using his second phone number, it doesn’t show his name in a calllog and messages.
I think it can be also done this way. We can have an ability to add few clients for this job and address

If you search for a phone number who is in the additional contacts tab they do not come up.. Wifes call and then husbands call and you should be able to search for mutiple numbers when they call.
Also it would be really helpful to send them both messages. husbands and wifes don't communicate and really sending them both would be really more helpful and more thorough.

Multiple Phone Numbers and Client Reps

We have clients with multiple phone numbers and points of contact. It's currently not easy, especially for our technicians in the field, to keep track of and easily utilize multiple phone numbers which for us is a necessity.

Yes - and email addresses. It would be very nice to be able to "Send Estimate" or "Send Invoice" to auto-populating multiple email addresses. For instance, we have a lot of clients that want their estimates sent to the project managers, but all invoices to be sent to their AP department. We currently keep the AP department email on there so our techs don't have to think about it when they send the invoices...but sending the estimates at the start of the project creates lots of extra work and headache for our office and sales people.

Being able to label the different phone numbers attached to a client's profile would be so helpful to differentiate between the various contacts that might be associated under the one client.

Please, please, please move this from the Planned to In Progress stage!! We cannot keep track of text chains from different numbers unless we create separate clients for each number which makes keeping track of a single job across multiple phone numbers very difficult!

Also to identify whether a mobile # or landline, would be a great addition! We text to the phone on file and not realize that it is a landline. Since the primary phone number is required and some of these customers do not want to provide or possess a cell phone, texting does not reach the customer and our staff has no way of knowing in a timely manner.

I am looking for a status update on this feature request. This feature was requested about three years ago, has been highly sought after by many users over the past couple of years, and is currently in the top 5 most requested features. Despite there has been no update nor has any progress been made for a feature which addresses one of the most important parts of your business which is effectively communicating with your clients. If we could get an update on this feature and when those features in progress will be cleared off the board, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
