It would be really helpful to see all communication with a customer in one place. When someone calls or messages a customer, everyone needs to see the interaction with them. Currently, the call log shows calls only, and messages shows only texts and emails.

Please add call history to the messages thread. Like open phone it would be really nice to be able to see if my team has made calls from that screen. Basically just copy open phones UI/UX

Or add all communications to a list like Workliz Phone. Then add the filter option if you want to see specific types of interactions.....
