Workiz should not be passing our contact details to third-party lead-generation companies without our clear consent. We’re receiving repeated calls and texts from businesses we never agreed to hear from. While some of these companies may have found us online, several of them have explicitly told me that they “worked with other Workiz customers just like you” - This is extremely concerning from a privacy and trust standpoint.

We need:

- Clear disclosure of whether Workiz shares, sells, or passes along customer contact information.

- An opt-out option for any data sharing with marketing or lead-generation vendors.

- Protection from repeated outreach once we have asked to be removed.

I am asking Workiz to formally respond to this concern and investigate how our data is being shared and to publicly clarify whether customer information is being provided to these companies, and how we can opt out.
