NEED ABILITY TO CREATE FOLLOWUP JOBS THAT ARE TIED TO ORIGINAL JOB

In other CRM's like ROSSWARE, users are able to create follow up jobs and "callback" jobs that are directly linked to the original job (have the same job number). This ability is critical in order for us to gather information (First Time Fix Rates and Technician Efficiency). We should easily be able to see how many trips were required to complete any job... or see if any payment is due!
We currently duplicate the original job if we have to make a return trip. However, this often causes confusion and other inefficiencies as a new job number is created.

I think its a good point, also its going to be a good idea to be able to convert this call back into a real job in case its something different

Agreed. Currently using the task feature like Linda, but it’s really inadequate for this. Can’t generate reports or trigger automations off the tasks.

we struggle with this too but we use the "tasks" feature to create additional appointments. however this doesn't give the customer appointment notifications so there are some downsides
