Workiz has been enhanced to now allow the creation of a Service Area based on a county. Is it possible to define a Service Area using two or more counties? Typically, each of our service areas consist of up to four or five counties. If there's a way to "merge" the borders of those counties to make one service area, that would be absolutely GOLDEN! There was a similar limitation when you allowed Zip codes. Only two (2) zip codes were allowed to define a Service Area. Of course, we would have needed MANY zip codes to do this, which is why the Counties solution was much better for us. (We have different techs going to different parts of New Jersey on specific days of the week, and we define those areas now by County.)
