I would love to see checklists for techs on jobs, this would be extremely helpful for the tech to remember to do the tasks required for the job, such as completing the job the right way, asking for a review, placing 5-arounds, ect. I used this in other crms and it gets rid of 3rd party apps and paper checklists that get thrown away. Using a feature like this in workiz would greatly speed up our on-site process and keep the accountability factor.
