Multi-Day Job Scheduling
It seems like this is a pretty popular topic, but we need more ability to modify job start dates/end dates. Specifically, we have multi-week projects at times (that do not include weekend dates) - we need to be able to adjust as needed instead of having to create a different "job" every week. I understand tasks may be a workaround from what I've read but I don't see how that will fully resolve the problem because the job will still show on the calendar for the entire two or three weeks (whatever time frame) and for planning purposes we need it to NOT show on the dates we will not have a crew there.

CHECKLIST FOR TECHS
I would love to see checklists for techs on jobs, this would be extremely helpful for the tech to remember to do the tasks required for the job, such as completing the job the right way, asking for a review, placing 5-arounds, ect. I used this in other crms and it gets rid of 3rd party apps and paper checklists that get thrown away. Using a feature like this in workiz would greatly speed up our on-site process and keep the accountability factor.

Price book - Price tiers for different type of customers
We have all sort of customers, some recurring some with different billing rates. it will be great if we can implement a certain type of discount/price for each tier automatically... that can probably be done trough the custom field...

Organizing Automations by Drag and Drop (similar to Custom Field)
It would be nice to organize the automations by similarity (dragging and dropping them below/above similar automations). It would also be nice to have a "group" system for Automations, basically customizable categories that some automations would fall under (i.e. Follow-up emails, internal automations, service plan automations, etc.)

Keep Messages Unread for Others
It’d be awesome if messages didn’t get marked as “read” for everyone when a tech opens them. Maybe it could just mark as read on their own device? That way, admins like me don’t miss messages we haven’t seen yet. Right now, once a tech opens it, it disappears from our radar. This would make message tracking way easier.

See history for clients
Need to be able to see the clients entire history from day one with the customers that imported from QB. So when the tech is at the clients home he can see every transaction history that we ever did for the client. Every one of your competitors have this feature. Way behind the curb for this one guy.
