need better reporting. all the data exists. need a better way to sort the data in a useful format

It seems like this is a pretty popular topic, but we need more ability to modify job start dates/end dates. Specifically, we have multi-week projects at times (that do not include weekend dates) - we need to be able to adjust as needed instead of having to create a different "job" every week. I understand tasks may be a workaround from what I've read but I don't see how that will fully resolve the problem because the job will still show on the calendar for the entire two or three weeks (whatever time frame) and for planning purposes we need it to NOT show on the dates we will not have a crew there.

It would be very helpful with the new payment part of Workiz if we could print the receipt. I have to email myself a copy in order to get a printable version and that isn't efficient. If there was an option to print the payment details just like you can an invoice or estimate that would be helpful

Need to be able to see the clients entire history from day one with the customers that imported from QB. So when the tech is at the clients home he can see every transaction history that we ever did for the client. Every one of your competitors have this feature. Way behind the curb for this one guy.

It would be nice to organize the automations by similarity (dragging and dropping them below/above similar automations). It would also be nice to have a "group" system for Automations, basically customizable categories that some automations would fall under (i.e. Follow-up emails, internal automations, service plan automations, etc.)

Need a way to add expenses that arent done by the workiz card. I have several vendor accounts that i need to be able to add their invoice to jobs for accurate job costing. Even if there is just a manual add feature so i can physically add in my suppliers invoices

It would be great to allow the techs to convert a maintenance plan visit into a job as these are usually sold on site for us. This way the visit would be accounted for immediately. If this is already in the settings instructions on getting this active would be greatly appreciated.

Will be nice to add option to send text custom message or email to specific client by date / schedule. Can be integrated on job page. Will help to follow up with customer in more personal way.

Connect Google, Facebook, X, IG, Yelp, etc to business profile to monitor reviews and performance for the business. Allow the social media links to be added to the business short code to attach to emails, invoices, estimates, etc.
