Don't understand the reasoning behind moving the customer's name down into the Details tab in the work order. It was much more useful back up top next to the Job#. Can anyone explain the reason for this change? Workiz, can you PLEASE change it back???

Being able to TAG calls on the call log will be a great feature. for example: Spam call, Already existing customer, Lead/Job already created, Answered By... (for those of us who don't use the soft phone), Review call, Delete call, Admin etc...

I would like to automate sending a tech picture; to introduce tech to customer. Build trust and confidence with customers.

MAJOR ISSUE we can add a field for a billing email but have to manually enter it when billing, this requires us to have to remember which clients have specific billing emails and change it when invoicing. Estimates and adjustments throughout the job will have 1 email and billing has another - this is required for most corporate offices

We are a one person company and only use the month view. It would be wonderful if we could schedule an entire day off and see it marked off on the monthly calendar instead of the timeline view (which we don't use). It seems like that should be an option and should most definitely show up on the calendar.

I'd love if we had a way to send an sms text to a bulk list of clients for marketing. (upload a CSV file, send text with emojies)

Our initial visit is for an inspection, any estimate would be a completely different job. This has been difficult for me because if a customer approves an estimate the system automatically shows the payment from the inspection job on the new job

We'd like to send out a notification to admin when an estimate is signed. It does have 'approved' but someone manually has to go in and set that.
