While at it, other mobile phone requests: Quick access to see your own phone number (lol it isnt visible anywhere except in texts, sorry just need this til the guys learn it!) One press auto-send text with booking link to the person we are on the phone with Ability to see unscheduled jobs and leads (can not see these from mobile)

We need to be able to create multiple appointments under one job. This is insane that we are unable to do so. Making it very messy. All other competitors have this ability to do so.

Hey! Love the deposit addition to the estimate, y'al should add them to the invoices and jobs. Deposit amount and a way from techs to submit a Deposit Payment. I do deposits everyday and that would be a great addition.

We need the ability to select multiple invoices to be paid with a single check. This is available for credit card payments, how hard would it be to add Check as an option? DO you realize how much time it takes to open 20 invoices and record payments for each using the same check number, then adding notes to indicate the payment was made with the same check number?

It would be great to easily access client job history from the client profile. Id like to see the history per client on the client profile and on any other reoccurring job per that client.

We should be able to see photos sent, texts sent, emails and voicemails and calls all in one window. We shouldn't have to go back and forth.

Workiz email formats look very lame. Please add this as a Bare minimum if we wont have the option to create email templates.

Users should be able to see all the clients' equipment on a single report, in order for a better tracking of installed and serviced equipment.

Is there any way to add a field on the client information area if they are tax-exempt? If that could tie into the invoicing so it knows this one is tax exempt and won't add tax automatically. Or something that you can choose the tax for that client based on tax-exempt or not, and then the tax is based on what area the job is at.

After "X" days any estimate not approved will auto decline. This prevents issues with customers coming back weeks later and then wanting the estimated price. Pricing from most supply houses can not be held more than 30 days as they vary.
