SERVICE PLANS SERVICE PLANS SERVICE PLANS NEED MORE OPTIONS

We run an HVAC company. We do residential and commercial. We offer 3 different plans for our residential customers. A "Pay Per Visit," "Pay a year upfront," and "Pay Monthly." Each plan has different perks, but ideally the same time frames.
Here are the issues we are running into, every property is different. We have customers that have 1 unit, 2 units, 3 units, 4 units, wine room units, ductless mini splits, etc. Why can't we adjust pricing per customer for the maintenance plans? It doesn't make sense that we have to have some many different plans based on each customers unit count. We have commercial accounts that have 20 units on a roof, and some that have 40 units on a roof.
For example, if my customer has 1 or 5 units or additional wine room units, etc. the time of the visit will be the same to be on site every 6 months. We should be able to pick the "6 month" plan and adjust the pricing of the overall service plan for the customer when we are setting it up, instead of creating a new plan specific for that customer.
It becomes overwhelming when we are trying to set up a new service plan as we have to funnel through 20+ different plans, because our customers have a different unit count.
I hope this makes sense, unless we are setting these plans up wrong. I doubt we are the only HVAC company that deals with this issue of making new service plans based on the total qty of units on a property.
If we are doing this wrong and way over complicating it, please let me know.
Thank you.
