It would be nice if our financing options and pricing were visible once estimate total is determined so the customer can see as soon as it’s built for more payment options instead of having them redirected to a third party for eligibility and pricing. Currently a deal is delayed for the customer to see what they would have to pay through financing due to them not having our specific financing option installed or an account not made yet. If it’s as simple as getting multiple price separation ratios by different amounts of months then the option of just making the estimate total divisible would be helpful with some verbiage explaining that this would be what their financing options would be if they do end up using our third party financing options.

In October 2023 we released a revamp of our Sunbit offering, better showcasing "As low as" options for Estimates, Proposals and Invoicing in the client portal.
A client who prequalifies for financing with Sunbit for a proposal or estimate will also have a "Prequalified" badge in the client page and job. The prequalification expires after 3 month.
Luckily with Sunbit the signup and approval process for a loan is super simple and quick, no hard checks required.

Here's an estimate that does this. Not sure which software this is but It'd be nice to have these on our estimates. We do not use Sunbit, so we would create our own "plans" we use from 3rd parties and it would calculate and show right on the estimate.

Hi Guy Z, I want to make sure I understand your request properly.
You are requesting that while a Tech is at the clients house composing a estimate, they would be able to display to the Payment plan (Sunbit) offer to the client on their device prior to sending the estimate to the clients email?

Nir Rizo: Correct so when we show the customer a certain $$$ amount he can also see what is the total cost he he decides to go trough and use Sunbit/financing option.
For example: lets say the total is $100
The invoice/estimate will show
TOTAL: $100
Estimated Total Financing Cost: $32
"Take advantage of our offer"
$0 dawn $11 easy payments for 12 months.
I think it will be more appealing when the customer can actually see it right there... we had a bunch of customers that asked us but we cant do the math and know all the rates and such... I think that if Sunbit or Workiz can calculate it and also add the financing cost % to the total it will push for more sales and defiantly more financing closed jobs.

Guy Z: Sorry, after investigating this, we can only show 'as low as' but not an estimated value per period of time options.
The calculation of the interes on the payment plan is more complex than dividing it by X months and adding interest as BNPL provider takes more variables when setting the interest that we can not do on our end.
We are going to improve the UI soon and make it more friendly.
I do recommend that if a tech wants to offer Sunbit for a client to approve prior to agreeing to the job to do it by sending an Estimate on premises for them to see an accurate breakdown of the payment plans offered via doing the pre-qualification flow in the estimate page.

Nir Rizo: No worries I get it! Thanks for looking into it! It will be much easier to offer Sunbit as an option if the UI was a bit better and more appealing I think showing the option "as low As..." Is good but if it would also show something like "%0 APR for 12 Months" it will help as well... Anything to make it easier to offer to the clients would be appreciated as currently this process isn't that easy to push on to them... Just my 2c...

It's nice to have the financing option, but it's very nebulous. It be much more simple f it could display the terms for the customer

I agree! Financing option is great but wish it was easily accessible while on site with the customer, it can take days to get a job moving from these.
