Feature Requests

The "Additional Contacts stores a number on desk top but that is it. It is not available on the mobile, nor does it show up as an existing customer on incoming calls. An "Additional Contact" may be the one calling 50% of the time, and it's frustrating not having their info more available.

Many of our customers send us a video of the issue they need us to fix. Can you enable us to put video uploads to the job so are techs able to watch?

Need to be able to see the clients entire history from day one with the customers that imported from QB. So when the tech is at the clients home he can see every transaction history that we ever did for the client. Every one of your competitors have this feature. Way behind the curb for this one guy.

It would be helpful to have an automation available that triggers when a task is completed.

MAJOR ISSUE we can add a field for a billing email but have to manually enter it when billing, this requires us to have to remember which clients have specific billing emails and change it when invoicing. Estimates and adjustments throughout the job will have 1 email and billing has another - this is required for most corporate offices

Line item discount

We'd like to send out a notification to admin when an estimate is signed. It does have 'approved' but someone manually has to go in and set that.

Writing the list of products we need again feels redundant. Please allow the ability to bulk select products from a job, and assign it to a purchase order with a specific vendor. these items should then be marked with some symbol or note that they have been added to a purchase order (when viewing them in the job or estimate)

In Firefox, I am unable to download calls from Firefox like I can in Google Chrome.

We have several employees, of which either works in the Office, from Home, or out of country; it would be very beneficial to see all agent's call status (available, unavailable, on a call (who they are speaking with), etc.
