Brittney Videos can't be sent or received in the Message Center at the moment, but you can attach them to estimates/invoices and send those documents to your customers. They'll be able to download the attached video in the client portal.

So glad to see that we can now save videos in Workiz....... but only on desktop??? That update went right back to being pointless! I need to be able to upload videos to Workiz as an attachment from my phone right on the job site.

need to get this done! worked in the browser on my computer, but does NOT work on the app nor on the browser on my phone.....
no phone access, it's useless.... need our techs to be able to do this in the field in real time!

This would be great! It looks like they do have the integration, but it would be nice to have an option like this that wasn't costing more money to integrate it with Workiz. The ability to upload videos without the extra cost would be great. Hoping for that option in the future as I am trying to avoid adding more costs onto my Workiz plan.

IfIyou if you integrate with CompanyCam in your CompanyCam app, you can create videos up to three or four minutes long, and those will automatically appear in the Workiz attachments for the Job
