Request:
  1. Be able to pin techs and office staff/group chats to the Workiz Messaging page. OR have a section that separates staff from clientele!!
  2. Unread messages/emails stay up top until opened!!!!
  3. Invoices/Texts/Emails sent by office or techs SHOULD appear under CLIENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reason:
  1. They get lost in other client messaging/invoicing/emailing.... pain in the butt having to search for them.ss
  2. Again... they get lost in other messages........
  3. Refer to screenshot "MessagingIssues.png" - Ricky is on the messaging more than once... WHY?? you may ask.. because Ricky sent a client an invoice... instead of it showing under the client name it shows under the tech who sent it? WHAT THE FRICK?!?!?! The only way we are able to differentiate is when the Techs have a profile picture....? Come on... 😑🥴
