Need to be able to see the clients entire history from day one with the customers that imported from QB. So when the tech is at the clients home he can see every transaction history that we ever did for the client. Every one of your competitors have this feature. Way behind the curb for this one guy.

Have the ability to view the history of changes made to a client or job. Would be helpful to see info such as date emails were sent, who made changes to a client's info, who added tags to a job, etc.

As a technician in the field, it’s nice to pull over before getting to the next client and review their history with your company. It would be nice to access this information from within the job (in the field Workiz app) and have that information displayed by date, showing the date and invoice total of each previous invoice.

Text Messages/Emails are not included in the history.
Updates to client records are not included in history. It would be nice to have an audit trail so we know when something was changed.
No way to export history for documentation purposes.
(I am using the wep exclusively - I haven't checked with staff using the app)

Hello Boaz Schonherz, my technician still CAN'T see the job history on a client, only the jobs they did on the pass, no the job done by other technician, is this what you referrer as complete? that we need to mark anything on the roles in order to work? thanks

I see that the "Other Users’ Jobs" permission currently disabled on your account for your technicians.

Hello Boaz Schonherz here is my post and the conflict we have turning on that other user jobs, we have 12 technician, also they will see all the technician reports like commission, etc etc. we only wan when they go to a client, they can see the history of the clients, with out have to make this big mess on the app.
we need a way for our technicians to be available to see client job history(estimates and jobs), even if work was done by another tech, in the job or lead that they are assigned on the app, without the need to enable in the permission "Other Users Job" this create a big mess on the schedule, all the technician can see everyone jobs and messages in the app. For any service company(Electric, plumbing,A/c), this is a crucial event for warranty work, recalls, etc, if another tech gets send to the job. Please we need help with this ASAP we just need a button, or tag with "Customer Info", "Info" or "Job History" and see at least the jobs that were done in the past.

We wan only the technician to be available to see ALL the previews jobs and estimate once it goes to the clients profile.

It would be nice if they were in order of date and also displayed the total or something to help discern between different jobs without having to click into each one to figure out what each one is.

When working in any screen that allows the clicking on a client if it opened in second window, Similar to jobs it would be very convenient when needing to work back and forth from one scree to another.
