Need to be able to see the clients entire history from day one with the customers that imported from QB. So when the tech is at the clients home he can see every transaction history that we ever did for the client. Every one of your competitors have this feature. Way behind the curb for this one guy.

When working in any screen that allows the clicking on a client if it opened in second window, Similar to jobs it would be very convenient when needing to work back and forth from one scree to another.

Could we have a setting that clicking a link ALWAYS open the link in a separate window? Or make each job#, client name, estimate#, lead#, etc. a link where I can right-click to open in a new window and preserve what I already have displayed.

Client note to show up when they call

It is becoming increasingly important for us to have a way to communicate pertinent information about a client that shows up immediately when they call the office. This note should not be visible to the client. Example: if a specific client is a "forward directly to X" or "account past due" etc., this info is vital to know when we answer their call and not once we've dug around a little in their account. Maybe a ghost message at the beginning of the call when we answer this number? This is vital for our call team to ensure we engage accurately with all of our clients. Thank you.

Client tags should show visibly on the jobs where the job tags are so the team can be aware of them as well

Phone App: Go to Client profile from Job

Going into the client profile from a job by clicking the client name or “more” arrow.
Saves having to leave job, go to client, search client, now you’re on the client profile.
Easier for techs to navigate there to make estimates. Otherwise estimates will always sync to “that job”.
Saves time, streamlines estimates, improves phone app, reduces need for opening workiz in a phone browser, less data consumption.

Clicking Name on Call should Link to Client Profile

See attached screenshots. These two places should link to the client profile, but they don't. Instead, you have to go and type the client's name in the search bar every time. This is a great annoyance to deal with many times per day when using WorkIZ. There are dozens of others.

Thank you for this feedback.
We are in the process of revamping our client page to include the ability to manage notes, with the added feature of pinning a note to be displayed at the top. This update is expected to be released by the end of next month.
