We need the ability to create recurring software subscription line items that do not require a service visit. The line item should clearly indicate what the subscription covers and the term (start and end date) it applies to.

Offer service plan

Please create a way to offer a service plan through a text or email, similar to estimates. As of right now, our texts can only show plans, while talking in person to customer, we need a way to send plans as a estimate over text/email and let customer review it and then order it.

Hi folks, as we are working on improvements to our service plans feature, we are looking for some more feedback.
Please comment here if you are open to meeting with our product team and voice your requests.

Yea this should be able to add to an invoice as an option. Also we run a lot of seasonal tune up promotions that convert into memberships. Need a way to make that job the first visit of the membership we offer. Would be a great feature if you could add at the bottom of invoices to join the membership and show the potential savings by joining. That way a customer sees it every time the pay an invoice.

My goal is to include them on invoices so that when I sell a complete HVAC system replacement, I can add a couple years of a service plan to the invoice and it be billed as one transaction. This is ESPECIALLY useful when the client is financing so they don't have to finance the system replacement but then have to pay for the service plan as it's own separate transaction.
