Keep Messages Unread for Others

It’d be awesome if messages didn’t get marked as “read” for everyone when a tech opens them. Maybe it could just mark as read on their own device? That way, admins like me don’t miss messages we haven’t seen yet. Right now, once a tech opens it, it disappears from our radar. This would make message tracking way easier.

A better solution might be a "queue"/inbox for each user. When we have multiple staff members checking incoming messages, I can see work being duplicated if the message has already been handled by another employee, but it is marked unread.
I can see this being a nightmare to manage. Using the "mark unread" option when a user accidentally clicks on it is working great for us.
