The sales report to report actual profit is flawed as it does not show any warranty jobs, there is no sale on warranty jobs so no reporting?

Having to re-select the date each time on a report, and not having the option of "this year" as a date selector is really poor. Also, having to select "created" every time that I view a custom report is poor.

We should also be able to schedule a report to send out automatically similar to Quickbooks auto report emailing/sending. (Attached is a QB auto report sending schedule for an example)

We should be able to have the option for fields on every report as well, mainly I need it for Invoice reports as the invoicing reporting is very generic and needs more info. (screen shot added for reference)

And a way to "lock" reports so you do not have to reapply the filters each time, especially since workiz requires me to keep several tabs open of different workiz screens since the back button does not actually take you back anywhere. If I click into a result in a report it is a very painful process to get back to where I was before I clicked that result (i.e. clicking into an outstanding invoice)

I'm happy to report that information has been added to the Payment Report and Payment CSV, including:
* the last 4 digits of credit cards 
* Technician
* Tips 
* Transaction Method
There are still more requests here in the thread, relating to different types of report. We are listening and will look in to each one.

Orit Tepper: ok all we’re waiting on is payroll commission splits. The big providers all have this and the ability to split between 2 techs is the only reporting feature we’ve been needing and waiting on

Need better custom reporting. better filtering, better report building. the data is there, it just needs to be planned out, enabled and properly tested as we're all data driven hence the idea of the crm. otherwise what's the point.

Yes, some of the canned reporting does not give you a true understanding of the data without additional work. 
I would like to be able to build my own reports based on ALL available data. When creating a financial report, I'm unable to pull in credit card fees. Instead I have to pull two different reports. 
Also, for Job statistics. What's the point of having a pie chart if it does not illustrate the percentages of each slice? Even the data below the chart does not have a column to show the overall percentage that source is responsible for.
