I'm wondering if there's a way to replicate the dashboard widgets in the reporting. Jobs by Type, for example. I should be able to see a graph that details out my widget on the home page.

This can be mostly accomplished by adding an "And" & "or" button when choosing categories. Pretend i am looking up something specific in my data that is categorized by a job item & tag.

I should have the option for everything to show with the "job item & tag" or "job item or tag"

can we also add some reporting automations? something that sends out automated reports with specific parameters to a designated user(s). much simpler visually and workflow wise than having to do this through the api.

I would LOVE to have the ability to track technician KPI’s like average ticket, closing percentage, service plan conversion ratio, etc.

The sales report to report actual profit is flawed as it does not show any warranty jobs, there is no sale on warranty jobs so no reporting?

Inventory reporting is terrible.

Having to re-select the date each time on a report, and not having the option of "this year" as a date selector is really poor. Also, having to select "created" every time that I view a custom report is poor.

We should also be able to schedule a report to send out automatically similar to Quickbooks auto report emailing/sending. (Attached is a QB auto report sending schedule for an example)

We should be able to have the option for fields on every report as well, mainly I need it for Invoice reports as the invoicing reporting is very generic and needs more info. (screen shot added for reference)
