Any update on this topic? is been a long time from where was planed, we need different tiers of pricing on the same item, and allow the tech to select price depending on the customer tier also if is a bundle price, where the customer is doing more that 1 item.

This would be super helpful for us as long as we can set specifc item prices for customers. Only having the ability to do a %/$ discount would not be helpful.

Also to add onto this it is extremely difficult to add clients to an actual biling customer for example: Sarah Wilson has a Home Warranty, to be able to connect Sarah Wilson to that billing customer is extremely difficult and sometimes need to delete and create a new job under the home warranty. There should be an easier way to do this in the actual JOB for Sarah Wilson and not in primarily "the client file" because she is NOT a client she is a sub client of a billing customer

Pricing tiers would make delaing with these long term customers much easier. Currently the individuala billing information has to be stored and accessed as a note in the client field, which is then implemented in each individual job. It would be nice if that was centrally stored and could be accessed by each job

For example we have Insurance companies, Home Warranties, VIP customers, Car dealerships all on different price tiers and billing terms.
