Emojis Turn Into Question Marks? + Formatting Disappears
After sending a text with emojis in it, they turn into question marks. Why is that? Often I need to copy and paste a message and resend it but it doesn't copy the emojis because they've all turned into questions marks. The formatting of the text also goes out the window. So copying and pasting a message just turns into a jumbled mess. Please fix this Workiz.

Can you PLEASE add the availability to transfer calls using the Workiz app on a personal cell phone???

Deleting sms messages
I happen to have many messages that I don’t need anymore. Would it be possible to implement a Deleting Feature to get rid of no longer needed messages. I’ve worked with several apps before that it included deleting messages.

ADD TAGS TO CALLS!!! On the phone log
Being able to TAG calls on the call log will be a great feature. for example: Spam call, Already existing customer, Lead/Job already created, Answered By... (for those of us who don't use the soft phone), Review call, Delete call, Admin etc...

Mark Messages as Unread
We have 3 phone dispatchers and if a message gets opened by 1 and it needs to be addressed by someone else, we need the ability to mark the messages as UNREAD.

Ability to delete messages.
I recently ported my business number into workiz for the convenience We get spam text messages regularly and I need to be able to delete or archive a message to remove clutter from my inbox.

"Un-Read" Text Messages
Please create the ability to "un-read" a text message after it has been clicked on and read. Sometimes an employee will click on a text message in Workiz that is not intended for them and once the message is read the possibility exists for the client to not get responded to and missed. If a text message can be "un-read" similar to how emails work, that can help ensure all texts are responded to and don't fall through the cracks and get missed. Thank you.

ABILITY TO UPLOAD MULTIPLE PHOTOS ON MOBILE
It doesn't matter how you go about it, uploading multiple photos 1 at a time is extremely time consuming.

Auto text respond to missed calls or text messages
I currently use another phone system that allows me to customize an autoresponder text message that is sent to any missed calls or text messages. For example, if I miss a call, the caller will get a text message that says "Sorry we missed your call, can we help you with a text instead?" If Workiz had that feature, it would really add to the customer service experience for our customers.

Cannot see Client responses in Client Messaging
In the notes section, there is a tab next to it where you have the ability to message the client, it would be great if admin could see the responses to the messages from the client. We have to actually go to the messaging center to see the responses. This is an unnecessary step and you have to search the client if they are not at the top of the message list.
