We have 3 phone dispatchers and if a message gets opened by 1 and it needs to be addressed by someone else, we need the ability to mark the messages as UNREAD.

Guy Z: Thank you Guy, If you block a caller today via the calls screen they are blocked for messages as well. I have added to our development backlog a task to add this option in the messages screen as well.

OR if we could have the ability to mark a call for follow-up and send to another user, or to yourself, for a scheduled date/time that would be extremely useful. This would also be useful for jobs in general to be able to mark it for follow-up at a specific time.

it would also be GREAT to mark messages as DONE or ARCHIVED. It seems sort of ridiculous that we can't 'clean up' our message inbox.

This assigning a message would be nice, so another employee can know they have to follow up on something. Maybe assign and tag a note?
