I recently ported my business number into workiz for the convenience We get spam text messages regularly and I need to be able to delete or archive a message to remove clutter from my inbox.

Would be nice to be able to assign messages and voicemails to a user and/or mark the message or vm with a status like spam or unread

Greg: This! Definitely need a way to mark messages / calls / voicemails with tags such as follow-up needed, or be able to assign them to a specific employee to handle.
