Please create the ability to "un-read" a text message after it has been clicked on and read.
Sometimes an employee will click on a text message in Workiz that is not intended for them and once the message is read the possibility exists for the client to not get responded to and missed.
If a text message can be "un-read" similar to how emails work, that can help ensure all texts are responded to and don't fall through the cracks and get missed.
