So now that we can tag calls, how can I get a report of that data. Tagging is great for a quick visual and satisfies our owner, but I don't have time to look up the results of each call to let him know what marketing/ad sources are working and which ones are not.

Definitely need a way to mark calls / voicemails with custom tags such as follow-up needed, old client calling or job was created for a new lead. Definitely need it to track my dispatcher team!
