Ability to upload expense receipts and use them as expenses against job totals

I have clients who pay with a virtual card that is sent for batches of invoices. The card can only be charged once for one amount and I would like to be able to apply one payment to multiple invoices like in quickbooks. Thank you!

We are new to workiz and I recently had my first customer attempt to make an ACH payment. They chose to manually enter their routing and account number and was told they would received 2 small deposits into their account to verify and then direction via email on how to complete the payment. She somehow made 3 attempts to pay and there was a freeze on the payment process because she did it 3 times. I was never notified and neither was the customer. I called yesterday and was told they voided all the ACH transactions and I could proceed with collecting a payment. Something needs to be improved I will not be using ACH until it does.

I need this screen designed for the customer to show ( Total / Due amount ) And not only the total because the customers are getting confused, in this case, the customer already paid 50% of the estimate. I understand that on the top right corner of the invoice it shows Due Amount But this is quite useless, because on the phone, they cannot see it, and they cannot zoom in to see it. I’ve already modified my invoices in a way that they can see a bigger numbers and color them in red, but this is not quite working as well

When we are offering the payment plans to the consumer, we first create an estimate. When we send the estimate to the consumer, the should click "Pre Qualify Now", which we instruct them to do, however 80% of the time they click the Approve button first because it's very large and pops up first. We then have to delete the estimate and resend. The entire sunbit process is very strenuous from start to finish and not user friendly at all. It needs more automation.

Manually storing credit cards without creating an invoice would be very helpful in getting payments

My Clients HATE this, as they should. Just wanted to say we are surprised and a little frustrated that you guys are using plaid for workiz pay ACH payments. Its been an issue with several clients and the majority of people dont want to give out their banking login and password on a CRM platform theyve never even heard of or to Plaid who they also have never heard of. Even quickbooks who is internationally recognized just asks for manual entry of Account and Routing number. If you didnt require Workiz Pay for multiple features of your platform to function we would just switch to stripe. As it is, if collecting payments becomes an issue and you guys dont adjust to industry standards we will have to reevaluate our long term software usage. It doesnt matter if "plaid doesnt store banking credentials". They have been sued for collecting and selling client data, and regardless of if they have changed, most clients dont want to input their bank password and credentials to make a payment. Please allow for manual entry of account and routing number for ACH payments. If thats an inconvenience for you just consider that every one of your clients will Eventually have to have an inconvenient conversation trying to reassure their customers that it is safe (also creates liability for us if that ever proves to be wrong), OR wait for checks / go pick up deposits from clients that dont want to pay CC fees. This has happened to us twice since we started with you around a month ago.

We should be able to see basic transaction details, such as the last 4 digits of the credit card used. This is a feature of every other payment gateway I have ever used. In order to research a payment issue, I now have to go through 2 levels of customer service to resolve it, which severely adds to the amount of time it takes me to respond to our customers.

The CC fee payment option- allowing us to charge customers the credit card fee charge is a feature that workiz is going to charge us Workiz users to use??
