I suggest this is automatically placed on estimates, so customers have to save this card for future payments:
Credit Card Authorization Form I,____________ (cardholder name), hereby authorize FIRM to keep my credit card number on file and charge my credit card for the amounts invoiced once FIRM completes the job

Recently new payment policies were added to Workiz Pay for estimate deposits.
Mandatory card on file requires a credit card to be added and stored when approving and paying a deposit in the client portal.
