Improve TIPS presentation when using reader

We would love to use Workiz payments and card reader for payments but don't because of how tipping is presented. Our guys depend on getting tips so how payments are presented at that moment onsite is critical. Sometimes the tip option doesn't show up at all!
- On the mobile app, the prompt for tip amount should be AFTER selecting to use card reader.
- We should have the ability to customize or change the default tip percentages presented instead of 10% and 15%. Need to add a 20% option.

A new tipping flow was released for iPhone and coming soon for Android, that helps address exactly this issue.

Option to Show Tip Prompt After Payment Completion

Description:
Currently, Workiz displays the tip prompt before the client completes payment. This differs from the standard flow in most US POS and service platforms, where the tip prompt is shown after the payment is processed.
Proposed Change:
Add an optional setting in payment workflows to display the tip prompt only after the payment is confirmed.
Benefits:
Matches common customer experience across the US.
Reduces friction at checkout and makes tipping feel more natural.
Likely to increase average tip amounts due to improved UX flow.
Aligns Workiz with industry-standard POS behavior (e.g., Square, Clover, Toast).
Example Flow:
Client reviews invoice and pays.
Payment is processed and confirmed.
Tip prompt appears with suggested amounts.
Confirmation screen is displayed.

Less awkward tipping

Because the option to tip is on the same screen we enter card details, it can be awkward to ask the client for a tip. If we split it into multistep pages then we can tell the client "Please go through and make sure this is correct." Confirm the email, amount, etc. On the last page have a tip, then run the card.
