Record multiple invoices with a single check payment

We need the ability to select multiple invoices to be paid with a single check. This is available for credit card payments, how hard would it be to add Check as an option? DO you realize how much time it takes to open 20 invoices and record payments for each using the same check number, then adding notes to indicate the payment was made with the same check number?

Currently, I post the payment in QBO for bulk payments paid by check so my deposit slip matches the checks I am submitting. Then I have to do an Offline Credit in Workiz to ZERO out each invoice. Then I have to go back to QBO and delete the offline credit so that all accounts stay in balance. This is a lot of work to process a payment by check for multiple invoices!

YES!!! This would make our job so much easier... most of our payments include multiple invoices, so this would be a huge time-saver.

Yes this would definitely make payment processing efficient when customers pay for multiple locations or multiple tickets. Management companies that pay at end of month could sometimes have 10-15 jobs/invoices paid on per month. Or a bigger restaurant that has multitude of equipment could have ten invoice for repairs and pay with one check.
