We sometimes need to create a plan and bill the customer to pay later. It currently will not allow scheduling of visits unless payment is received

We would like to offer 1st month free to new customers signing up. Currently, I can't set a START DATE on the service plan. It would prevent duplicate documenting if the Service Plan start date be the date the card was charged.

Would be nice if we could build service plans using our existing price book. This would automate pricing changes. Would also speed up the time of creating new service plans.

PLEASE I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, LET US EDIT FUTURE VISIT DATES AND GIVE US THE (OPTION) TO SIGN A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITHOUT TAKING PAYMENT UP FRONT.

The ability to have recurring payments set up for service contracts. I have 90 and can't charge each one manually every month

What does AUTO RENEW mean? Apparently not AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING (continuing) an existing service plan. I have to reach out to each customer at the end of their service plan to get them to continue????? I thought Workiz was supposed to simplify my life...not make more work for me!
