The service plan is lacking lots of abilities.
-You should be able to add a credit card and make the plan active! The customers are having a hard time doing so through email or not wanting to do so. Once I attach a card to plan it should be able to toggle to active on my end.
-Lacks ability to make changes once plan is created. No versatility is very frustrating. If you make a mistake you have to delete it and then chase the customer down for a card again.

We haven't been using Service Plans because there is no way to reschedule a missed appointment without having to re-enroll the client into a new service plan. Sometimes plans change on the fly and we need to be able to move and cancel appointments within the Service Plan

should be able to add as line item in invoice and then tie it to the new plan for initial payment vs having two transactions... doesn't make sense

Shane Rives YES! This is a major problem for me as well. I have had employees add a service plan to the invoice in the field. I have had to add a service plan for $0.00 to make a work around, and it is not a great work around.

Also, you should be able to add a service plan as a line item on an invoice with other things, rather than it being its own separate transaction.
