The service plans were recently reconfigured by Workiz. Now my description of plan can only be 160 characters. WHY?????? I cannot fit the full description in 160 characters. That is actually very short. Why would you change this????????

Orit here from Workiz. Descriptions were becoming multiple page entries; hence the original limit. We have increased the minimum character length to 4000 and existing plans will not be affected by limits, however we do suggest shortening where possible. We're sorry for the disturbance this may have caused

Also when looking at the Service Plans you cannot see the whole description anymore. You have the scroll arrows on the side but they do not work. Please put these things back.
