Feature Requests

Would be nice to have a camera "button"/Link to be able to take pictures while having Job page open and then the pictures are directly attached to the job. Taking the picture, saving to device, and then uploading to Workiz job is time-consuming.

We would like to be able to have split commissions

Increase the ability to upload more than 5 pics before/after job. With our business, we sometimes need to take broad pics and specific pics for each job, before and after. We need the ability to keep ALL pics with each job. AND can we please add a feature to upload ALL pics at once? As it is right now, we have to upload one pic at a time, each taking 20-30 seconds per photo, even with only the 5 pics that can be up to 4 minutes, for something that should only take the 20-30 seconds if able to upload all at once.

Hi in my location we have to charge Federal Tax (5% GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (7%). I also wan to charge an. environmental tax. Right now i can only charge one tax from the drop down menu on the items field/page. I need to charge both as per the Government rules of the country. How come Workiz hasn't realized this?

Tasks need to be viewable in the mobile app when in a job. Same as a timesheets or costs in a job. We should also be able to create a task for a job in the mobile app as well.

Please allow multiple techs to be added per task Similar to adding techs to a job

For all of our jobs and tasks we have two or more techs on site but tasks only allows one tech to be assigned but we need each tech on site to have access to the task not just one

We need to be able to create multiple appointments under one job. This is insane that we are unable to do so. Making it very messy. All other competitors have this ability to do so.

Currently we can only add proposals from the "desktop" (which doesn't make any sense!!! - Who sells stuff from the computer!!!) We need our techs to have the ability to add proposals from the App while being on the field next to the customer!!! At this point this is just another add-on you guys did that we pay for but cant really use... TECHS/SALESPERSONS NEED TO BE ABLE TO ADD PRE SET PROPOSALS TO ESTIMATES ON THE FIELD APP!!! Make this happen ASAP please (:
