I would love to see checklists for techs on jobs, this would be extremely helpful for the tech to remember to do the tasks required for the job, such as completing the job the right way, asking for a review, placing 5-arounds, ect. I used this in other crms and it gets rid of 3rd party apps and paper checklists that get thrown away. Using a feature like this in workiz would greatly speed up our on-site process and keep the accountability factor.

Ariel Weil my team is currently having issues accessing the checklist on their iPad. in order for them to get access to the list admin team has to manually activate it and only then they have access to the checklist. another issue which we just realize we can only add one check list per call which is kind of an issue if the customer has multiple systems.

iPad Access: We are currently working on a fix to ensure permissions sync automatically so your admins don't have to manually activate techs in the field.
Multiple Systems: Currently, you can only add a specific template once per job. We are adding a "Duplicate Checklist" action that will allow your techs to instantly copy a checklist to document multiple systems on the same call

would be great if we can have checklists by type (applied on jobs, esdtimates, leads etc.) so far we use company cam (relatively) new checklist functionality for this.
