Show CALL LOG in MESSAGES
It would be really helpful to see all communication with a customer in one place. When someone calls or messages a customer, everyone needs to see the interaction with them. Currently, the call log shows calls only, and messages shows only texts and emails.

User Phone Numbers That do not only work for the advertising portion but day to day functionality and texting
It would be great to allow users to have their own phone numbers that could be seen and managed through the admin portal. We have several departments texting a customer and it can get rather confusing for the customer to determine who is texting. Not to mention that the main line is the same number that sends automations. At the end of the day, that is a lot of messages from the customer to have to go through to determine who said what at what point.
