User Phone Numbers That do not only work for the advertising portion but day to day functionality and texting

It would be great to allow users to have their own phone numbers that could be seen and managed through the admin portal. We have several departments texting a customer and it can get rather confusing for the customer to determine who is texting. Not to mention that the main line is the same number that sends automations. At the end of the day, that is a lot of messages from the customer to have to go through to determine who said what at what point.

I see this is planned. This is a mess from the company standpoint as well. When everything goes to the same queue, it is hard for us to manage texts and voicemails.
Previously, when we used the call tree function, all the calls and voice mails appear in the same log. This was a mess. A log for each option in the call tree would be fantastic.
We love that our numbers for marketing purposes go to the same log. A setting so we can tell Workiz where we want the voice mail and texts to go would be ideal.
