I would like to automate sending a tech picture; to introduce tech to customer. Build trust and confidence with customers.

I assume there is not way to change the auto-checkbox to email a client a receipt every time a payment is entered but it is a hassle to uncheck that box every time and sending the receipt to the property managers is causing confusion.

We would like our estimates to expire 30 days after being sent. This means that the Customer would not be able to pay a deposit or approve an estimate after this time. It should be a feature we can turn off and on. In addition, if the Customer tries to approve the estimate or pay the deposit after the expiration date, they would receive a kind message notifying them that the estimate has expired and they need to contact their salesperson. Another option could include notifying the salesperson if a Customer tried to approve and expired estimate pay a deposit on an expired estimate.

1) Create Invoice: Automation1: When A JOB HAS a STATUS of "Finalized" Create an Invoice Immediately. -> This is okay! Works perfect! 2) Send Invoice: Automation2: When an Invoice is Created Send a client a text immediately ->This works, but inside the Text message we can put a {...}invoice_link, but this not work when customer click because the invoice is not sent yet! for customer show up error 404, for Workiz user show up UNSENT (Preview mode). Could you guys fix this! Just one option that when sent an invoice link by SMS or Email that make works. Or when create invoice though the Automation make this invoice link Actions AS SENT. The automations for sending texts has an option to only work during "business hours." That's really good and I love it. But the issue is that the business hours there do not match my compsny's business hours. We really need it to start at 8:30, but the default hours are 9-5 I am sure there are other companies with different hours too.

It would be very helpful to be able to send invoices to customers via automation. IE an automation to send an invoice after a job is completed if unpaid.

We need to be able to duplicate and edit automations!!! right now we cant...
