We would like our estimates to expire 30 days after being sent. This means that the Customer would not be able to pay a deposit or approve an estimate after this time. It should be a feature we can turn off and on. In addition, if the Customer tries to approve the estimate or pay the deposit after the expiration date, they would receive a kind message notifying them that the estimate has expired and they need to contact their salesperson. Another option could include notifying the salesperson if a Customer tried to approve and expired estimate pay a deposit on an expired estimate.
