Many of my customers want the invoice sent to multiple email addresses.

Some customer, like property managers would like for the invoices and or estimates to go to more than one email. This is used when they want a copy but also want it sent to their AP. In quickbooks when putting in emails you can put multiple emails by separating them with a comma and it will send the paperwork to both emails.

Why can't we have a dropdown under the email address to choose a different email on file? It is really annoying not being able to view more than one email address or phone number that is on file already. We already have the ability to enter multiple numbers and emails from the office side so why can't we choose where we would like to send it to from the app side? Even from the office side for some reason it doesn't give me the option to choose other emails or number that are on file

I would love for my corporate clients to pay via ACH, but they cannot because they are using a corporate bank account instead of personal account. My sales are 100% B2B and my clients cannot use ACH because they use business checking accounts with 2-step authentication instead of personal checking accounts, which Plaid accepts. Is there some way to develop a workaround or another payment provider that will allow corporate users to pay via ACH?

I have a customer that added a card when paying an invoice. I need to remove the DECLINED card. Without displaying the card information, I have no idea which card processed and which card I need to remove. When searching the payments report, there is no identifying information. When searching WorkizPay/Payments, there is no indication of which card is used. Please display the last 4 digits of the card used ... SOMEWHERE where I can find it.

CREATING SERVICE CONTRACTS

The system must allow us to have the option to charge the CC Fee to the client, automatically calculating the fee based on the service cost. We are unable to automate our invoice system because we need to manually enter that option as an item line to every invoice.

I need to be able to collect ach payments. Also i need to create tasks that are not associated with jobs. When can we get this updated??
