Hi,

I'm happy to share that as of today, you can send emails to multiple recipients, by:

Multiple emails in the “to” line
Free text typing of email addresses
Select email addresses from a dropdown

Boaz Schonherz so this is an improvement, but is it possible to have the additional email addresses auto populate in the "to" line? When technicians are in the field billing customers it is difficult for them to remember which customers need the invoice send to one email address and which need it sent to two email addresses. It is easy to forget. If the available email addresses for that client auto populated in the "to" field it would be a tremendous improvement.

We are currently working on enhancing the 'To' field by displaying all related contact emails when you click inside it. This will allow you to easily select the contact(s) you want to send the invoice to, rather than having to remember and manually start typing the address. This update is expected to be released in October.

Orit Tepper Here is a recent request that clearly is wanted and needed by many but clearly, this will not impact your revenue so I have to believe it's put lower on the list.

Hi,
We are happy to update that this capability is now in the making and expected to be released by the end of this month. 
With this new update, you will be able to send an invoice/estimate/proposal to multiple recipients, by adding multiple emails in “to” line, free text typing of email addresses or select email addresses from client list.

This ones been posted alot, surprised its still not addressed. This platform shouldnt only cater to single clients and residential clients. HOA’s and commercial clients will always need the ability to receive estimates and invoices to multiple contacts. We have our old CRM still active Just for our commercial clients at this point because the client portal here has no support or ticketing features and we arent about to copy paste emails every time we send anything to a commercial client.

Yes please!!! This one’s a top request for us as well! Often homeowners have multiple POC & it’s difficult to keep track of having multiple people know multiple POC’s. Would rather it just stay connected to account & not just be manually added at invoicing

I agree that there should be a place to enter a secondary point of contact, however you can also manually add multiple email addresses to any invoice you send.

Multiple email and phone numbers especially if your technician is going to multiple locations and need to communicate with different property managers.
